JCS Senior Daryl Tully placed second in the state in Welding at the NYS Skills USA Leadership and Skills Championships, held at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse from April 22 - 24. This is an incredible accomplishment in a highly competitive field. Daryl attends the Northern Catskills Occupational Center and is in his final year of Welding.
