HOW:

             1) Go to ATVSafety.org and register for  the online ATV Safety E-Course

              2) Complete the course and collect your  certificate of completion

              3) Submit that certificate along with your name, age and phone number to:

                   janinep@catholiccharitiessc.org

                    or by fax to 518.826.4056

               4) You will be contacted with details on how to collect your FREE helmet and safety goggles at Bennett Motors Sales in Fly Creek.
