Mr. Mummenthey introduced members of the Board of

Mr. Mummenthey welcomed everyone and thanked the Board of Education, faculty and staff, and the Budget Task Force for their help in the budget process. He then did a PowerPoint presentation of the 2009-2010 budget. He asked if anyone had any questions. Dan Singletary asked if Mr. Mummenthey had done any work to see what the equalization rates are for the various towns in our district. Mr. Mummenthey stated that he does have the equalization rates but we use the ones that are set in June/July of the previous year. |

Mr. Mummenthey reviewed the ballot
initiatives which include the bus vote and board vacancy. He explained we will continue financing buses
we purchase due to the state aid reimbursement schedule. He then introduced Board Candidate |

Mr. Mummenthey said he presented the budget to the Town Board, the Jefferson Fire Department and the Senior Citizens. He will present to the Town Board on Thursday, May 14. |
